This Privacy Policy describes how RadiantRise Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application Daily Jigsaw (the “App”) and related services (together, the “Service”). The App is suitable for users aged 3 and older. It is intended to meet common disclosure expectations for distribution on Google Play and similar stores, including where families and children use the Service.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. We do not require you to create an account to play Daily Jigsaw. If you contact us (e.g. by email), we process the content of your message and your contact details to respond.
  • Photos and files you choose. If you use features that let you select your own images to play as puzzles, those images are processed on your device to run the game. We do not intentionally upload your personal photos to our servers unless a specific in-app feature clearly states otherwise.
  • App technical data. Your device and the operating system may provide crash diagnostics, performance data, or similar information to platform providers (e.g. Google) according to your device settings and their policies. If we integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in a future update, we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain consent.
  • Locally stored data. The App may store settings, progress, or similar data on your device (for example using local storage). This data remains on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall the App.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • To respond to your requests and support enquiries;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms;
  • To protect the security and integrity of the Service.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service); legitimate interests (security, improvement, support); consent where required; legal obligation where applicable.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who assist us (e.g. hosting, email) under strict confidentiality;
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger or acquisition, subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. International transfers

We are based in Hong Kong. If you access the Service from other regions, your information may be processed in Hong Kong or other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

6. Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Support emails are kept for a reasonable period to handle follow-up.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us at the email above.

9. Children and families (ages 3+)

Who can use the App. Daily Jigsaw is designed to be appropriate for users aged 3 and older. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise young children’s use of the App and to review device and app-store settings (for example for purchases, photos, and diagnostics).

What we collect from children. We do not require children to create an account or to give us their name, email, phone number, or precise location to play. Information we may process is described in Section 1 (for example optional support email from a parent, on-device puzzle images you choose, local settings, and technical data handled by the platform according to its policies).

Parents and guardians. If you believe we have received personal information from your child in a way that should be deleted or restricted, or you have questions about children’s privacy, contact us at the email above and we will respond promptly.

Local laws. Where laws in your country set a minimum age for online services or require parental consent for certain processing, those rules apply in addition to this Policy.

10. Third-party services and links

The App or our websites may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the App or store listing where appropriate.
